Date and Time
Our AGM this year will be held at Highnam Court, by kind invitation of long standing GGLT member Roger Head.
After the short AGM, Roger will introduce us to the history and his restoration of the Grade II* gardens and landscape. Surrounding the Commonwealth-era house (not open), much of the garden was created by members of the Gambier-Parry family between 1838 – 1966.
Today, areas include a Pulhamite garden with grottos and waterfalls, ornamental lakes, established trees, formal flower gardens, a potager kitchen garden and a rose garden which was restored in 2004 using 19th century photographs.
After a sumptuous tea in the orangery, we shall have time to explore these beautiful and varied gardens.
Proceeds from this visit will support The Pied Piper Appeal and GGLT.
Attendance at the AGM only is free to GGLT members. However, please register your interest.
